Directions for use:
To Assess Tolerance –
Mix 1 Scoop (12g) with 150-200ml of water and drink 15-20 minutes before training.
For Maximum effect –
Mix 2 Scoops (24g) with 200-250ml of water and drink 15-20 minutes before training.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (2 Scoops – 24g)
