Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days we will provide you with tracking number for courier and signed for deliveries. If it takes longer than 19 days please contact us immediately, please note that during holidays we see up to 7 days delays.

What exactly happens after ordering?

First we drink 2 scoops of the strongest pre-workout to make sure we are at maximum efficiency, then we pack your order and book courier, next we send you tracking number, after that gainz happen, strenght gainz, muscle gainz all sort of gainz

Yes VAT invoices are available on request, our system will send you simple receipt

How can I return my order?

We offer simple return options, you can send it back to us within 28 days, and we will refund your order. Product must be unopened in original packaging.

How can I cancel my order?

We offer hassle-free cancellation within 1 hour from ordering, just drop us a message, past 1 hours your parcel is usually already sent but don’t worry simply return it to us and we will refund it.

Does Covid-19 impacts delivery time?

We noticed significant delays in all parcels, we removed the next day delivery option because couriers were not even collecting it the same day, average coronavirus delay on Royal Mail parcels is about 2-3 days, and on bigger courier options it’s 3-5 days, we are sorry about inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience.
